Standard dispatch takes typically 48 hours for all stock items after we've confirmed receipt of your order, if you place an order on a weekend or a bank holiday, your order may take up to 72 hours to process,

Also note that dispatch times may be slightly longer if there are seasonal promotions or public holidays, our warehouse is open to process orders from Monday to Friday, from 09 AM to 17 PM GMT,

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on back-order, we will inform you within the first 7 days after placing the order and confirm an estimated delivery date

2. International Shipping
As a company, we provide our international customers with complete shipping options worldwide, to get an accurate cost of shipping to your country, please contact us at care@inoxartisans.co.uk, if your purchase is made from outside the UK, you may also need to pay local customs duty/import taxes when the order arrives in your country, though we will issue the shipping documents required to ensure a smooth delivery experience, the recipient will still need to cover any extra expenses incurred.

4. Handcrafted Character & Defective Items
Our products are handcrafted; as such, subtle variations in finish and texture are hallmarks of authentic artisan craftsmanship rather than flaws, however, if you believe an item possesses a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery, please include clear photographs of the issue, note that an original order receipt is required for all exchanges or returns.
5. Returns Policy
Satisfaction Guaranteed - Inox Artisans wants you to enjoy your Inox Artisans collection, if you need to return an item, we've tried to make the return process as easy as possible, Below is our policy for how to return items,

Return Period - We allow you to return all items within 14 days from when you received your order.

Condition - All merchandise should be returned in the same condition it was received, and it should be returned in its original packaging.

Refund Amount - You will receive a full refund for each item returned (less the cost of the original shipping), an additional £5.00 restocking fee for each item will also be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing Time - Refund processing may take up to 5 - 7 days after your item has been processed as having been returned at our warehouse before a refund can be credited to your account.
