Start an Exchange/ Return

Inox Artisans endeavors for quality in every product created; we understand some pieces may not fit well with all homes from time to time, therefore, our return and exchange policies are very simple to understand.

Our policy for returning products is simple. If you are not satisfied with the item received you may return it as long as it was shipped to you within 14 days, and is still in its original packaging and condition upon receipt, refunds will include the amount paid for the returned item less the shipping fees and a £6 re-stalking fee per item, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

How to Return an Item 

For the best experience please follow these steps when returning your item. 

  • Send an email to care@inoxartisans.co.uk and include:

  • Your Order Number / Delivery Tracking Number

  • Item Number / Name of Item

  • Condition of Item (ie. Brand New Sealed, Opened Box New, Used, Defective)

  • Reason for Return

  • How You Would Like To Be Compensated: Exchange, Store Credit, Refund

Returns Made Simple 

It should be easy for customers to return items that are not suitable, so we have created a very simple return process that is easy to understand, we aim to make it very simple for customers to either exchange or return items.

Step 1: Start Your Return 

To initiate a return, visit our online returns portal and follow the link 'Start An Exchange/Return', enter your order details and the reason you wish to return the item, it is advisable to have your order number and purchase information handy so you can return your items quickly and easily.

Step 2: Shipping Back to Us 

After you complete your return request, you will receive an email confirming your return along with the instructions on how to return your item back to us, the email will include a Return Label that you must print off and attach to your return package, you must ensure that all returned items are securely packaged, as they must arrive to us in a satisfactory condition, as a best practice, we recommend that you keep a record of your postage and shipping receipt for your files.

Policy on Goods Returned to Us 

You may return items purchased by you within seven (7) days following receipt of the return authorization, in order to qualify for a refund, all items need to be in their original condition (including tags and packaging), please also note that some items cannot be returned because of hygiene (e.g., personal care products) or items marked as "Final Sale,” we recommend checking the individual product page for rules on return prior to purchasing.

Refunds and Exchanges

We are committed to your satisfaction and will do our best to process returns in a timely manner, after we receive and inspect your return at our UK warehouse, we will send you an email confirmation regarding the status of your refund or exchange, if you are approved for a refund, you will receive it back to the original payment method within a few business days, as for exchanges, once your new item is ready to ship, we will ship it out to you and provide tracking information for monitoring delivery.
