Warranty Plan
A 25-year stainless steel warranty and a 1-year quality guarantee will be included with every purchase of any products manufactured by Inox Artisans.
All Inox Artisans to protect consumers against defects in acid (or chemical) interaction, manufacturing defects in Material, or Craftsmanship, coverage includes all defects, including but not limited to: corrosion, cracking, or fading of our Homeware products, the Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including gouges, scratches or staining.
Important - This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights
Proof of purchase may be required to process your claim, we may ask you to return the defective item for inspection or provide clear photographs demonstrating the identified manufacturing fault, once your warranty claim is approved, we will replace the defective product free of charge.
